The most important detail is the phone number that will receive the data ( Your customer’s phone number ). To avoid issues, please verify that the phone number shown in your delivery details is correct and belongs to the customer that is suppose to receive the data. If it’s not, click the “Edit” link to change it. Also, ensure that “Use same address for billing” is checked. This will make the shipping phone number the same as the billing phone number—ensuring your order is delivered to the correct recipient.
🚫 Not Recommended:
Unless you have a special reason, avoid using a different phone number in the Delivery information section. If you enter your own number under delivery and want the recipient’s number to receive the data, then you must uncheck the “Use same address for billing” option and manually enter the recipient’s phone number in the Billing Phone field.
⚠️ Important: If you fail to set the correct recipient phone number—especially your customer’s phone number—you will incur any resulting loss at your own expense. We are not responsible for data sent to the wrong number due to incorrect details.
💡 Note: The payment phone number has nothing to do with the checkout form. Once you select your payment option (e.g., Paystack), you will be given a separate option to enter the phone number to be used only for the payment process.
